Dear Sir / Madam,
I am writing to inform you about a study undertaken in the last 8 months, its brief introduction being detailed in the lines below. The entire document, which contains official data that meet this short presentation with additional evidence, you will receive upon request.
At the beginning of this pandemic, the World Health Organization established the rules of the vaccination program based on the priorities of risk groups, to be followed by all the countries of the world.
One of the most important elements is the list of priorities they have set: people with disabilities and comorbidities, the elderly and the homeless people have been prioritized and given early vaccination date. In some countries, such as England, Australia and Canada, even ethnic minorities have also been put on the list of priorities. Vaccination of these categories had to be done before the general population.
If we look at the world’s historical past, the characteristics of the 'undesirable' people* that Hitler and other eugenicists wanted to eliminate are identical to those of the people prioritized by the WHO.
The next question arises - Are these identical features just a coincidence? Or is there a hidden intention behind it? More than that, in each country, the political, legal and defence authorities (as well as the personnel working in these institutions) were put on the priority list together with the 'undesirable people' and were vaccinated with other brands before Moderna vaccines arrived (except USA)!
* undesirable = chronically ill, disabled, ethnic groups, the elderly.
Our research leads to the idea that the WHO has created these priority groups to help achieve the goals of eugenicists, to eradicate the majority of the elderly, the chronically ill regardless of age, the people with disabilities and ethnic minorities and, at the same time, to eliminate most of the judicial, defence members and the world's authorities and personnel in charge with key government positions (to RESET all existing political, educational, medical, financial, judicial systems, to erase all the governments and to set the New World Order?)
How?
First, it was created a deadly pathogen to be spread in the future (call it Cov3, with a long incubation period)(using DARPA’s Thor program, details in the main document)
Then, sars-cov-2 was created as a reason to start a pandemic and start vaccinating people.
Only Moderna’s mRNA code (which is still kept as secret under patent rights!) produces the necessary protein which provide immunity against both sars-cov-2 and Cov3,
Moderna was delivered to EU countries in very small quantities and also an insignificant number of doses were used during the vaccination program of 'undesirable people',
Moderna is (and will be) delivered with long delays, up to months, in NON-EU countries where the vaccination process is slow, in order to not be available at the beginning of the campaign when the “undesirable” categories are vaccinated,
The Moderna doses will be injected into a 'target' number of people to keep them alive against the future Cov3 (while destroying their health even killing some of them with sid effects which makes the plan even less suspicious), (Creating a reason as Astra Zeneca gives blood clothing on ‘young people’ and inoculating older part of the populations mostly with Astra Zeneca so that old people receive less of Moderna vaccines!)
6. In the future, after injecting the 'target' number with Moderna, the pathogen Cov3 that kills people will be spread. Then, only those vaccinated with Moderna and immunized against Cov3would survive. All people vaccinated with other brands and all unvaccinated people would be erased!
In this way, when that deadly pathogen is spread, the result will be:
• At each country, ONLY a number of people planned in advance (approximately equal to the number of people vaccinated with Moderna) would remain alive. Survivors would be mostly young, healthy people only from the countries where Moderna was sold!
At the same time, the following will be eliminated:
• All unvaccinated people, and all people vaccinated with brands other than Moderna,
• The complete population together with the authorities of the respective countries where Moderna vaccine will not sold at all (at the moment approx. 140 countries, this number changes according to the vaccination stage of every country! In every Non-Eu country, Moderna waits for the younger population’s turn for vaccination to deliver its vaccine),
• Most of 'undesirable' people that are prioritized and vaccinated with other brands.
MRNA vaccine started to be used widely with this pandemic because it is the only way to achieve this demonic plan secretly. A vaccine produced in the classic way could not be used: it would have contained a part, a trace / proof of the future killer virus, and that would be discovered by any test! It wasn’t possible IN ANY WAY to produce a vaccine containing components of a future virus that does not circulate yet in the world!
Only with the mRNA code and other ingredients people can be immunized also against a future pathogen, without revealing any information about that pathogen, without any proof, in the present moment! Because mRNA vaccines are instruction codes programmed by the computer, injected together with nanoparticles. It is also alerting that, the Moderna Vaccine mRNA code is still kept secret under the patent of copyright.
Moderna company was chosen for this job because a small and failing company was necessary to have an excuse for the slow and small amounts of vaccines delivery to the countries in the first months (not to be there at the time of vaccination of old, sick, handicapped people as Pfizer- BioNTech did). Moderna delivered the first clinical batch of mRNA-1273 to the US National Institutes of Health (NIH) to be used in Phase 1 of their clinical study, on 24.02.2020. But to date, Moderna has NOT opened any other vaccine manufacturing centres, so to have a technical explanation for the small quantities and delayed deliveries in each country in the early months of the vaccination program. Moderna began to establish new production and delivery partnerships, just nowadays, when the younger part of the populations’ started to be vaccinated at each country. The only country in which Moderna didn’t delay was the USA, because the first and only Moderna factory was in the US, and they couldn’t justify any delay.
Deliveries in countries outside the European Union always begin months after the vaccination program has already started (first delivery to UK 13 April, Japan May 23, Philippines 30 June, South Korea 7 July, India in the 2nd week of July, etc.). Thus, the majority of the "undesirable" population have already been vaccinated with other doses, not with the Moderna doses! Except for the US, especially in non-EU countries, deliveries and quantities of Moderna vaccine CORRELATE (are delayed) with the phase / stage of vaccination of government authorities, elderly and patients in that country. The same pattern is identical in every non-EU country! The Moderna company has begun to sell vaccines to other non-EU countries, but the process is delayed every time, until those countries have already vaccinated a large part of the elderly population and government authorities with other brands.
From January 12, in European Union countries, the Moderna vaccine was distributed in very small amounts and used very little or used with delay at the beginning of the vaccination process (as in the case of Romania, explained below with data from CNCAV). Thus, most staff in critical government positions together with a part of the elderly, sick people, people with disabilities, people without home and ethnic minorities (as in England, Australia, Canada etc.) have already been vaccinated with other brands.
Moderna started to deliver in England, for the first time, on April the 13th. By delaying delivery, over 93% of old and sick people were already vaccinated with other brands! The AstraZeneca vaccine began to cause a rare coagulation disease in young people, just before the Moderna vaccine is delivered! This has made the authorities make the decision that Moderna vaccines are used for young people under 30! South Korea also decided to ‘exclude those under age 30 from the AstraZeneca list, on concerns over rare blood clots’, and use Moderna for under 30 years old workers in the healthcare system, starting mid-June!
Some of the people in "undesirable" categories have received and will still receive Moderna especially in the EU countries. But their number becomes even more insignificant, considering that in the rest of the world (except the USA), almost all "undesirable" people have not received the Moderna vaccine and will not survive. (That's because to non-EU countries, Moderna is delivered with months of delay after the vaccination program started, which results in most of the "undesirable" population being already vaccinated with vaccines other than Moderna. Similarly, in the countries where Moderna will not deliver, all "undesirable" people will not survive.)
Romania has received 14.000 Moderna doses on 12 January 2021, and 21.600 doses on 29 January 2021, but at that moment, the country was only starting the 2nd phase of vaccination for over 65’s, people with chronic diseases and all political, judicial, defence authorities. None of the received Moderna vaccines were used in those days. Romania started using Moderna vaccines on 4th of February 2021, when 772.202 of the undesired people were already vaccinated. And this was only a month delay from the beginning of vaccination! On the 10th of March 2021, the country started the 3rd vaccination stage with workers from extraction industries. In the same day, 73 new vaccination centres were open around the country, especially for Moderna inoculation. And after 2 days, on March 12, 106.800 more Moderna doses were delivered in Romania!
In Romania, some members of the Secret Intelligence Service (SRI) received the Moderna vaccine at the Military Hospital in Bucharest, between February - March 2021. The same as in Japan, on 23.05.2021, they were still vaccinating with priority the elderly. Until then, Moderna vaccine was not used for the general public. But it began to be used on May 23rd for SDF members, i.e. the secret services of Japan.
ONLY in Switzerland, from the total vaccinated population, 66% of them are vaccinated with Moderna, while in the rest of the countries the percentage is approx. 9%. Why the pattern in Switzerland, centrum of all financial institutions, is it so different from the rest of the world?
The people behind this plan want to get rid of billions of people. It makes it even less suspicious when some of the Moderna vaccinated people are dying from the side effects. Their intent is NOT to keep alive all those vaccinated with Moderna! If somehow, someone would talk about this plan, people would react by saying, "but a few of those vaccinated with Moderna are also affected," and so people are prepared to reject any evidence as "another conspiracy" without even checking the information.
Since 2011, DARPA has worked on creating mRNA vaccines (messenger ribonucleic acid) as part of the ADEPT program. DARPA has also worked for P3 Pandemic Prevention Platform, creating viruses and antidotes.
There is also a worrying link between DARPA and Moderna: Moderna got 25 million dollars from DARPA on October 2nd 2013 to develop mRNA therapies, and $ 56 million on October 8th 2020 to produce mRNA vaccines.
It is important to mention that in January 2016, the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation has awarded 20 million dollars to Moderna company, with the possibility to finance mRNA development projects with up to $ 100 million in the future!
To achieve this plan, not only a virus but any deadly hazard (for which a remedy / cure also exists) can be used. Science (explained in the main document) also allows developing another immunisation to be created in the future using the vaccine ingredients that remained in the body. This way no one would find clues or proofs of this plan at the time of vaccination!
To any question that could rise along the way, you will find the answers in the detailed document. Here you can only find some data presented. At your request, we will be sending the full document, containing all the information (delivery patterns, times and volumes and other related facts...) which show that the mentioned plan is already in progress!
CONCLUSIONS:
The result of this plan would be: the world's population would reduce to a number of pre- planned people, mostly young, healthy from the selected countries (where Moderna vaccine is sold), almost all of the world's authorities, all governments and majority of the sick, old and disabled people would be eliminated and all political, legal, financial and medical systems would be resetted!
